Attention: The Lead Academy bus is having mechanical issues mid-route this morning. We are swapping out busses at this time but will not be able to complete the route as planned today. Students waiting at the final couple of stops will need to find alternate transportation to school this morning. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are unsure how long it will take to get the new bus out to the route and do not want students waiting at their stop for too long of a time. Any students not able to make it to school due to this transportation issue will be marked excused.

Don’t be alarmed, the car in the car line with the caution tape on it it’s just a teacher who locked her keys in her car with it running. We decided to have a little fun with her and make sure she was extra embarrassed. Happy Friday!

The boys and girls basketball teams kicked off the 2019 season tonight. The girls took home a convincing win led by Anaya Dillard’s dominant 29 point performance. The boys fell short but played hard. We hope to see you at a future Falcons game.

This week, our honor band traveled to Myrtle Beach to perform at the 2019 Pre-Collegiate Fall Renewal Conference. They did an excellent job performing and were also able to take in some attractions around Myrtle Beach. We are very grateful for our great band director Lee Scott for always pushing our band to the next level and creating unique experiences for them.
