Has your child joined all of their google classroom classes including their elective classes? 4. Do you have an alarm set so you are up and awake and ready to learn before 8:00? 5. Have you watched your teachers' Virtual meet the teacher nearpod? Gears Update: GEARS is looking forward to returning to some type of "normalcy" and serving children on-site at Lead Academy. However, due to the current numbers of COVID-19 cases in Greenville county, GEARS is currently offering virtual academic assistance to 1st -6th grade students. When Lead Academy opens the facility for face-to-face instruction, we will also offer a hybrid model for after school services. If Lead opens two days per week face-to-face and three days virtual, GEARS will be available for face-to-face after school from 2:15 pm - 6:00 pm for the days your child is on campus, and will offer virtual academic assistance on the days they attend school virtually.
